Makerspace Camp: Grades 4-8
Session 1: June 12-16 (one week)
Session 2: June 19-23 (one week)
Session 3: June 26-30 (one week)
Students can imagine, design, and build in the Makerspace this summer! Students new to Makerspace will learn how to use the laser-cutter, CNC machine, 3D printers, vinyl cutter (stickers), and microcontrollers (minicomputers) as they work on individual and small group projects. More experienced students will have the option of working on independent projects under Dr. Urbano's supervision. Basic supplies and materials will be provided, but bigger, more complex works may require students to bring some of their own (or purchase them from the Makerspace).

    • Instructor: TFS Makerspace Director Lensyl Urbano
