We cannot move them until the demolition of the Little House is complete, but that area will become the center of our Farm Program later this summer. Students will also use this area to plant gardens -- we'll have to face-off with the resident Chesterfield deer population as our flowers and vegetables grow!
The three large goats from St. Albans will not be joining us. They have gone to live in Labadie on the Alt farm where they will enjoy much more acreage than we could provide here at White Road.
We are excited for the start of the 2022-23 school year, when we'll get to introduce the students in all grade levels to the wonderful aspects of the Farm Program. We love to see biology, botany, and environmental science in action alongside responsibility, care, and empathy.
